ULTRACUT EVO 280 – Aluminum Special Products

ROCOL ULTRACUT 280 Metalworking fluid was proposed after samples were taken from the lab. The usage was discussed and agreed there would be a larger saving moving from 20L to 200L barrels and setting up a mixer station, currently this was done by hand. ROCOL ULTRACUT 280 was trailed for a month on two machines and proving a higher dilution level from 20:1 to 35:1. The smells were removed from the machines allowing the customer to fully move to all machines after the trail.
