Engineered with Calcium Sulphonate technology, SAPPHIRE® Dynamic delivers extreme pressure resistance, exceptional water washout protection, and high thermal stability—operating at 180 °C (200 °C intermittently) without grease breakdown. Its superior oxidation resistance significantly extends lubrication life and helps reduce downtime. By preventing metal-to-metal contact and forming a self-renewing protective film, it ensures smoother operation and prolonged bearing life in the toughest industrial environments.

Pellet Mills

  • Load-bearing performance – SAPPHIRE Dynamic provides superior film strength, reducing metal-to-metal contact in heavily loaded pellet press roller bearings and minimising wear under extreme pressures.
  • Adhesion and mechanical stability – The inherent tackiness of SAPPHIRE Dynamic ensures strong adhesion to bearing surfaces, preventing grease displacement and maintaining consistent lubrication despite water washout and continuous impact forces.
  • Thermal stability – Relies on inorganic calcium carbonate, which remains stable regardless of temperature fluctuations or oxidative stress.

Steel Manufacturing

  • Natural extreme pressure resistance – SAPPHIRE Dynamic is particularly well-suited for Spherical Roller Bearings due to its shear-resistant structure, ensuring the grease remains intact despite continuous compression and movement within the bearing.
  • Water and corrosion resistance – The formulation of calcium sulphonate thickeners repels water, preventing emulsification and grease breakdown.
