Engineered with Calcium Sulphonate technology, SAPPHIRE® Dynamic delivers extreme pressure resistance, exceptional water washout protection, and high thermal stability—operating at 180 °C (200 °C intermittently) without grease breakdown. Its superior oxidation resistance significantly extends lubrication life and helps reduce downtime. By preventing metal-to-metal contact and forming a self-renewing protective film, it ensures smoother operation and prolonged bearing life in the toughest industrial environments.
Ideal for demanding applications such as;
Pellet Mills
- Load-bearing performance – SAPPHIRE Dynamic provides superior film strength, reducing metal-to-metal contact in heavily loaded pellet press roller bearings and minimising wear under extreme pressures.
- Adhesion and mechanical stability – The inherent tackiness of SAPPHIRE Dynamic ensures strong adhesion to bearing surfaces, preventing grease displacement and maintaining consistent lubrication despite water washout and continuous impact forces.
